Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on this site, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites visited by the user send to the user's device, where they are stored and then sent back to the same websites on subsequent visits. They may be «technical» (necessary for the site to function) or «profiling» cookies (intended to track browsing for statistical or advertising purposes).
Cookies used by this site
This site does not use advertising profiling cookies. By default, Google Consent Mode v2 is configured with denied consent for analytics, ads, advertising user data and personalization. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only if you select the Accept analytics button in the banner.
If you give consent, Google Analytics 4 may set first-party statistical cookies, including _ga and _ga_<container-id>, used to distinguish users and persist session state. According to Google documentation, the default expiration time for these cookies is 2 years. We use this data in aggregate form to understand which pages are visited and improve the website.
If you reject or close the banner, Analytics remains disabled and the website continues to work normally. Your choice is stored in the browser to avoid repeatedly showing the banner, unless relevant changes occur or the storage period expires.
Third-party cookies
Some features rely on external services that may install their own cookies, over which the controller has no direct control:
- Google Maps — the map in the «Location» section is provided by Google and is loaded only after the user clicks the «Show the map» button. Until that moment, no data is sent to Google and no related cookies are installed. When loaded, Google may install technical and third-party cookies. Privacy notice: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Analytics 4 — statistical measurement service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., activated only after consent through the banner. Consent is also managed through Google Consent Mode v2. Privacy notice: policies.google.com/privacy.
- WhatsApp / Meta — links that open a WhatsApp conversation redirect you to Meta services, which are subject to their privacy notice.
Fonts are hosted directly on this site (self-hosted) and do not involve requests to external servers or related cookies.
Managing cookies
You can manage or disable cookies from your browser settings. Disabling third-party cookies may limit some features (for example, displaying the map). Guides for the most common browsers are available on their respective support pages (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
